And results from Nielsen Media Research's National Readership Survey Q1 - Q4 2007, tell us that 49% of all people aged 10+ in New Zealand spend more than 7 hours a week on average listening to the radio.
Nielsen Media Research AIS estimates that 10% of mainstream advertising dollars was spent on radio advertising in 2007. This equates to $256 million dollars calculated at ratecard.
